Welcome to our yoga class designed for beginners to intermediate practitioners, focusing on the principles of Yin, Restorative, and/or Vinyasa styles. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a balanced approach to relaxation, rejuvenation, and mindful movement.

Class Overview:

  • Yin Yoga: In Yin Yoga, we hold passive poses for longer periods, typically targeting connective tissues and joints. This practice emphasizes relaxation and deep stretching, allowing for a meditative experience.

  • Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga utilizes props to support the body in gentle, therapeutic poses. It promotes deep relaxation and encourages the release of tension, fostering a sense of calm and renewal.

  • Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, creating a dynamic flow of poses. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of fluid sequences, suitable for beginners looking to explore movement and alignment.
